Where are you based?
We are an online store, but our HQ are in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. If you would like to have your order delivered to a different country, please contact us by email on email@example.com, we’ll try to help you.
Please note that Switzerland is not a member state of the European Union, therefore customs and duties will be due on international deliveries and should be paid by you.
What are the shipping costs and delays?
Each order is shipped within 24 hours * (Monday to Friday – orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday). As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, from that moment, you can take into account the times specified below.
The estimated delivery time is 2 (two) working days for economy parcels and 1 (one) working day for priority parcels. All parcels are shipped by La Poste.
*Please note that during a special period (Christmas, Father/Mother’s Day, etc.), the preparation time of your order can be extended by a few days (two to three days maximum).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! All orders of CHF 150 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of CHF 7.00 for the economy parcel and CHF 9.00 for the priority parcel is applied on your order. You can choose your delivery option at the check-out*.

Can I pick up my order personally?
If you wish to pick up your order personally in Lausanne, please check the Pick-Up option when placing your order and specify the time slot in the Comments section. We will contact you to confirm the chosen date. Please note that we are primarily an online shop, therefore we cannot guarantee that the day or the time you chose will always be available. In this case we’ll try to find a date that will work for all of us.

Is it possible to have gift wrapping?
Of course. Please check the “Gift wrap” option when placing your order.
Is it possible to order gift vouchers?
Yes. If you want to buy a gift voucher for your loved ones, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if I do not receive my order?
If your parcel is not delivered within 5 (five) working days of dispatch (10 days for international parcels if applicable), please contact us on email@example.com. We’ll investigate the problem.
What do I do if something is missing or damaged from my parcel?
In the event of a delivery problem with your order, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number along with the problem description. The costs of returning the faulty items are covered by us.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days as from the reception of your order to notify us about your intention to return a product using the return form or simply by contacting us on email@example.com. Once you send us the return form you must ship the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 15 days. The shipping costs are covered by you.
Please note that returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
